Proofs of Evidence for Appeal and Attendance at Public Inquires

Where a planning application has been turned down by a local planning authority on the grounds of loss of daylight or sunlight, Daylight and Sunlight UK are able to determine whether the refusal is well founded. If it is not, a proof of evidence can be produced to have the planning decision overturned at appeal. We can also attend at public inquiries, if required.
